We're looking for a QA Automation Engineer to join our testing team and help build automation coverage across a range of client products. You'll be working on hands-on client work from day one, not a sandbox project, alongside a small team that actually reviews and mentors on your work.
This role sits at the intersection of manual QA judgment and automation engineering. We're not looking for someone who only writes scripts. We want someone who understands why a test matters before automating it.
What a typical week looks like
- Pairing with a QA lead to scope what's worth automating on a client engagement
- Building and maintaining Playwright or Selenium suites
- Reviewing test failures and deciding: genuine bug, or flaky test?
- Occasional manual exploratory testing when a release needs an extra pair of eyes
