Why join us

What working here is actually like.

Client work, not busywork

You'll work on actual products for actual clients from early on, not shadow work while you wait to be trusted with something that matters.

Remote-first, flexible by default

Most roles are remote. We care about the work getting done well, not about tracking hours at a desk.

A team that actually mentors

Whether you're growing into QA or already deep in it, you'll have people around who'll actually teach, not just delegate and disappear.

Small team, full ownership

We're not big enough for your work to get lost in the noise. What you build and ship is visibly yours.

Exposure across the discipline

We work across manual, automation, API, performance, consulting, and training, and so will you if you want to.

Direct, low-ego communication

We'd rather have a blunt conversation early than a polite one too late. Good feedback moves fast here.

Don't see your role?

We're a small team, so we don't always have a listing open for every kind of QA person we'd want to work with. If you think you'd be a strong fit anyway, or you just want to be on our radar for when something opens up, tell us why.

Pitch yourself

How we hire

A process that respects your time.

Steps can vary slightly by role, but this is roughly what to expect, no five-round marathons.

  1. 1. Apply

Submit your resume and a short note through the role's application form. No cover letter novels needed, just tell us why you're interested.

  2. 2. Application review

We actually read every application ourselves. If your background looks like a fit, we'll reach out, usually within a few days.

  3. 3. Intro call

A relaxed 20 to 30 minute conversation about the role, your experience, and any questions you have about us.

  4. 4. Practical exercise or trial

Depending on the role, a short hands-on exercise or a paid trial session, so we can see how you actually work, not just how you interview.

  5. 5. Offer

If it's a fit on both sides, we'll make an offer and walk you through what happens next.
