QA Solucity runs two training programs: our ISTQB Certification Pathways prep and the QA Career Launchpad for complete beginners. We're looking for someone who can teach both, with the patience for people starting from zero and the depth to prep people for the certification exam.
This isn't a lecture-and-leave role. You'll be mentoring people through hands-on exercises, answering questions between sessions, and reviewing project work, the same way you'd want to have been taught yourself.
What a typical week looks like
- Running one or two live class sessions (ISTQB prep or Career Launchpad)
- Reviewing student exercises and mock exam attempts
- Answering questions in office hours or async between sessions
- Occasionally refining a lesson or exercise that isn't landing the way it should
